- Call details: if you phone us, we may note what you tell us to handle your request.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and basic request data to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request and confirm details.
- To match you with an independent technician who covers your area.

Who we share it with
We share the details of your request, including your name, phone number, ZIP code and the problem description, with the independent technician we refer you to, so they can arrange the visit. How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your request and to resolve any follow-up questions, then delete or anonymize them within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
